Silver Ridge Ranch | Countryside Venue | Easton, WA
Silver Ridge Ranch is a scenic wedding venue in the Cle Elum area that offers a beautiful balance of countryside charm and elevated rustic style. As both a wedding photographer and a bride getting married at Silver Ridge Ranch, I have had the opportunity to experience this venue from multiple perspectives, and it truly shines in both atmosphere and flow.
The property features several thoughtfully designed spaces that allow couples to create a day that feels relaxed and intentional. The Barn offers tall cathedral ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit that photographs beautifully throughout the day. The Watering Hole, an on-site beer and wine bar with patio seating, is ideal for rehearsal dinners or smaller gatherings. The Lodge includes comfortable bridal suites that provide a calm, welcoming space to get ready.
What I love most about Silver Ridge Ranch is the overall feel of the venue. The mountain views, open space, and natural light create an effortless backdrop for meaningful moments, while their team and Event Director help guide the day in a way that feels supportive and flexible. Cheyenne Bowman – Makeup Artist | Ellensburg, WA
Cheyenne is a makeup artist I personally trust and wholeheartedly recommend. I had my own makeup done by her, and I was genuinely obsessed with the results. From start to finish, she was kind, personable, and incredibly professional, which immediately put me at ease.
Cheyenne is extremely knowledgeable about the products she uses and is very intentional about asking the right questions, especially when it comes to skin sensitivities and allergies. As someone with very fair skin, foundation mismatches are obvious and unforgiving, so having a makeup artist who understands undertones and coverage is huge. She nailed it flawlessly.
Beyond her technical skill, Cheyenne brings a calm, welcoming presence that makes the entire experience enjoyable. She listens, she cares, and she takes pride in making sure her clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Evergreen Cake Company – Custom Cakes & Desserts | Ellensburg, WA
Martina with Evergreen Cake Company is an absolute favorite of mine, both professionally and personally. I have had the pleasure of utilizing her services for a few different occasions and she has also created the desserts for my wedding, which says a lot about how much I trust her and her work.
Her cakes are not only beautiful but packed with incredible flavor. One of my personal favorites is her chocolate cake with espresso filling and brown butter frosting, which is genuinely phenomenal. Her lemon curd is bright and perfectly balanced, and her spiced caramel cupcakes are to die for. We have also enjoyed several of her flavor pairings, including her Sunrise combination, and every single one has been a hit.
Beyond the desserts themselves, Martina is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with. She puts care into her craft and it shows in both the quality of her desserts and the experience she provides. If you are looking for a cake and dessert vendor who delivers on flavor, creativity, and consistency, Evergreen Cake Company is someone I could not recommend more.

Mineral Springs Resort (The Raven & The Rooster) | Catering & Dining | Kittitas County
Mineral Springs Resort, home to The Raven and The Rooster, is a vendor we recommend wholeheartedly, both for catering and for simply grabbing a fantastic meal. Their food is consistently incredible, and their pulled pork sandwich is hands down the best pulled pork I have had in Kittitas County. Anyone who knows me knows I am picky about my pulled pork, and this one is genuinely phenomenal.
Beyond that standout favorite, their appetizers and meals across the board are excellent. Everything we have tried has been full of flavor, well prepared, and thoughtfully done. When we were interviewing caterers for our wedding, their team was professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with throughout the process, which made a big difference for us.
Whether you are looking for a reliable, high-quality catering option for your event or just want an amazing bite to eat, Mineral Springs Resort and The Raven and The Rooster are an easy and enthusiastic recommendation.
